Question: Can a child be taken away for having no auto insurance on a vehicle in mn?

I have read a lot of articles about CPS and this would fall under "Neglect " to a child and yes they could remove the child....... If this happens CPS will tell you that you don't need a lawyer at the court hearing and this is not true........

I'm sorry... I fail to see the relevance between automobile insurance and child custody.
