Question: Under pa law is it possible to have two different auto insurance policies on one car?

My car broke down a while back and was not fixable, so I do not own a car at the time. For some time I did not need a car while searching for a new one, but now I do. My parents have a spare care that they own and said I can use it, but they don't want to add me to their policy ( I guess because my driving record is not a clean as theirs). Is it possible to have two insurance policies (one for me and the one my parents currently have) on the same car? Thanks for your help!

No, your parents need to delete the car from their policy, and you need to get your own policy with that car on it. They'd be wasting money.
