Question: In obtaining car insurance quotes which is more of a liability from their point of view?

I have the option of parking on the street or in an unsecure car park - think they would view car park as safer even if open? Timbo ta for answering but "the choices I get " on Gocompare and reason I am asking is because options are: In locked garage On driveway On road at home On carport In a residential carpark In a work car park On the road away from home In an unlocked garage In a secure carpark In an unsecure carpark In a forces base carpark In a railway carpark Am in UK and I don't TD

Whether you park on the street, on the drive or on an unsecured car park they will all be the same price, if they do vary it'll be small change. But don't say you park in your garage if you don't, because if one day you ever need to make a claim and they can if they choose check your garage but find your garage is full of odds and ends knowing you car will not fit in there (which 90% of garages often are) they could make your insurance null and void

On road, in your own driveway, in your garage and at your home or not at your home are the choices you get. On road at your home may well be cheaper than in not at your home

Some states it doesnt matter if you have license plates on the car it has to be insured and calling any cheap no name place to get car insurance is just as good as one that cost you a arm and leg say you park in a parking garage
